If you completed your pre-application in person using the kiosk and are currently in the
lobby of the marriage license department or the Clerk’s Beaches Branch, please pull a ticket, if you have
not already done so, and wait for your number to be called for service at the counter.
If you completed your pre-application online, you may now schedule an in-person session at the Clerk’s Beaches Branch (1543 Atlantic Blvd) using the button below.
After setting an appointment, you will get a confirmation text and email for the time you have selected. There will be a reminder text 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, follow the prompts on the text message or instructions in the email in order to cancel the appointment. You will not be able to make another appointment without canceling your first one. Please note when rescheduling your appointment you will use the same pre-application number previously issued.
